Lettuceat is a fictional salad bar that contains their freshly made salads in eco-friendly packages. After having my fair share of takeout salads, I realized that salad boxes are poorly designed and they’re all made of plastic. One of the main problems I find with them is that they come with a plastic lid that often at times gets thrown away and creates a mess. Therefore, I designed a salad box made of recycled paper with a lid that is more like a door for the box so you can close it and toss it in your bag whenever you want. An extension to the salad box is a container for the nuts/topping you desire to put on top of your salad.
